If you haven’t already, open ChatGPT and ask it to create a simple marketing plan for 2026 based on your business. The key is to be specific in your prompt. For example:
“You are a marketing expert. Create a simple 12-month 2026 marketing plan for my business. I run a [type of business] in [location], my ideal customers are [describe them] and my goal is [e.g. ‘20 more enquiries a month’] with a budget of [£X per month].”
Ask it for:
- Key channels it recommends (e.g. Google Ads, SEO, email, social)
- Rough monthly focus
- A few campaign ideas for your busiest periods
You don’t have to follow everything it says, but it’s a great way to get fresh ideas and see what might be possible.
