- Thank people personally for positive reviews
- Mention something specific if you can (“We loved working on your project!”)
- Respond calmly and professionally to any negative or mixed reviews
Future customers don’t just read the review — they read your response. A thoughtful reply shows you care and that you’re willing to listen and improve.
