Website Build for the Property Maintenance Industry
It was clear to us that the old Property Conservation Services website was very dated and difficult for users to navigate and find a service. On top of the site not being user-friendly, there was not enough opportunity to take action and book a free survey.
Before we began the website build, we sat down with the client to clarify their messaging using the Storybrand framework which frames the customer as the hero and the company as the guide who helps the hero achieve their goal. In the case of property conservation, the customers goal in many cases is to find a solution to their damp problem. Property conservation can help by providing a free survey and then the expertise to eliminate the problem so the customer can carry on living a damp-free life.

We built not only a site that looked great visually on all devices, but crucially was easy to navigate and find services and, most importantly, was easy to take action and book a free survey which was the most important business goal that the customer highlighted at the start of the project.
