Today’s Click-Win is about the words that nudge people to take action – your call to action (CTA).
On many websites we see the same vague phrases:
- “Contact us”
- “Submit”
- “Learn more”
They don’t tell visitors what will actually happen next.
Today, choose one key page (or your homepage) and test a clearer, more specific CTA. For example:
- “Book a free 15-minute call”
- “Get a quote within 24 hours”
- “Download your free checklist”
Update your main buttons and enquiry forms with the new wording and see how it feels. You can always change it back, but you might be surprised at the difference a clearer CTA makes.
