Having already worked with Cambridge Clear Beauty on building them a new website design, as well as running both their SEO and PPC campaigns, they took advantage of our social media services. They wanted a social media campaign that would amplify the awareness of their medical services.

The Overview

Cambridge Clear Beauty is led by an award-winning plastic surgeon, Tariq Ahmad. They help transform the lives of as many people as possible through a wide range of plastic surgery and medical aesthetics.

Having already worked with Cambridge Clear Beauty on building them a new website, as well as running both their SEO and PPC campaigns, they took advantage of our social media services. They wanted a social media campaign that would amplify the awareness of their medical services.

With the goals in place, we wanted to create content that would give people a place where they could be educated about Cambridge Clear Beauty’s procedures. We also wanted to add more value to their content that would help empower people with confidence, wellness and wellbeing.

The Strategy

To reach the client’s goals, we first carried out detailed research that involved understanding their industry, understanding their competitors and trying to ascertain which appropriate hashtags to follow. The hashtags were important to help target relevant communities so that we could spread the client’s message in front of the right people.

After nailing down the research, we moved into the creation stage. The blueprint of the content that we created had to speak to the client’s brand identity. The nature of the client’s business meant that we had to be responsible for the content we were putting out. Because we were posting about medical information, there was no room for misinformation. So all of our content had to be cross-searched by the client before it could be published.

The culmination of our efforts allowed us to put together content packages packed with valuable, yet accurate information. We wanted to ensure that even if the audience didn’t interact with the content, they would at least leave with valuable knowledge.

The key to ensuring whether this campaign reached its goals was through the optimisation stage. This was the stage where after the project had a pulse, we would look through the data to see how it was truly performing against its KPIs. Content couldn’t remain stagnant, and it had to keep evolving.
